Sarah is a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master/Master Teacher, Quantum Healer and ICU Teacher.
Crystal healing sessions last between 30-45 minutes and Sarah will use a selection of crystals to cleanse and balance your 7 main chakras (energy centres) aiding the flow of universal life force energy both through and around you.
Sessions are very calming, bringing your mind, body and and spirit back into alignment.
During these sessions you will access your para sympathetic nervous system, which ultimately helps your body, mind and spirit to heal.
